On first blush you might think dancing and tasking don’t have a lot in common. But Tasker Kyle C. sees it differently. As a former choreographer, Kyle brings his big picture thinking and the ability to think on his toes (literally!) to tasking, and it’s paid off. With over 2,000 tasks completed and high accolades for his tasking performance from his Clients, Kyle is an asset to the Tasker community. The best part? He’s made lifelong friends with his Clients along the way. Kyle has shared birthdays, weddings, and plenty of good laughs with his Clients. His tasking secret?  “Provide quality work no matter what your rate is.”

What did you do for a living before becoming a Tasker?

I worked as a Television/Film Producer.

What brought you to TaskRabbit?

The entertainment industry can be feast or famine. I needed to fill in my work schedule to keep the money coming in between shows.

What is your best tasking memory?

I was once paid as a personal assistant to spend the day in the Hampton’s. What better way is there to spend the day?

What is the most meaningful connection you’ve made through tasking?

Too many to count! With my repeat Clients I’ve shared birthdays, weddings, family vacations, and swapped so many meaningful stories.

What’s your best advice for other Taskers?

Provide quality work no matter what your rate is.When I first started I was charging $25-45 rates, and I delivered top dollar work. Now that I have the reviews and task experience to prove it, I charge top dollar, $80-115, and I continue to get hired.  -My customer service and reviews speak for themselves.

How has TaskRabbit impacted your life?

It has enabled me to choose my own schedule. I get to decide whether I want to work hard or hardly work!

What’s your hidden talent?

Choreography. Not really a hidden talent, seeing as I made a living as a choreographer for many years.

What do you do to unwind?

I love to travel! Again, another huge perk that comes with being a Tasker is  I can take time off anytime I feel the need to get away.

Kyle has been an Elite Tasker for almost 7 years, and in that time has learned so much about himself, his Clients, and his tasking business.
